What's different between "a child with a disability" and "a child without"?
Convey that only their strengths, weaknesses, and needed help differ, and the point of "being the same human" doesn't change. Choose words that look at common ground more than differences.
For a child, you could say: "Just the things they're good at and the help they need are different. Favorite plays and happy feelings are the same as everyone's."
