Why do they suddenly cry or get angry?

Convey that they may be sensitive to sounds, changes, or fatigue and their feelings overflow, and that it's often not their fault or the fault of those around.

For a child, you could say: "Suddenly crying or getting angry may be because troubling things overflowed. It's not your fault. Call a teacher."
