Sleep (Settling, Night Waking, Naps)
How can we build a bedtime routine?
Use a short, predictable sequence at about the same time each night—for example, bath, toothbrushing, one book, a quiet song, and bed. Keep the order consistent and calm. A simple picture schedule can help a child see what is happening now and what comes next. End the routine in the child's sleep space, and speak with a pediatrician if there is persistent snoring, breathing difficulty, or significant daytime sleepiness.
