HugMap FAQ
Sleep (Settling, Night Waking, Naps)

My child wakes up many times during the night

Waking during the night is natural in itself; the question is "can they get back to sleep on their own?" If you put them to sleep by holding or nursing, they'll need that same help every time they wake. Put them down while drowsy and gradually increase the times they "fall asleep on the bed." If it doesn't improve, or if it comes with snoring or irregular breathing, consult your pediatrician.
