Under-responsiveness & Sensory Play (Spinning, Bumping)
My child constantly seeks spinning around and vigorous swinging play
Your child may be a type that strongly seeks swinging and spinning (vestibular) input. The basic approach is to satisfy this in a way that isn't dangerous. Build swings, trampolines, and bouncing on an adult's knees into everyday play. If concerning signs continue—like not getting dizzy at all after spinning, or an extreme way of being frightened—talk with an occupational therapist.
