My child has no focus / can't stay with something

First, a stable level of alertness matters. It's only natural not to be able to focus when sleepy, hungry, or feeling unwell. And in early childhood, being easily distracted is natural—telling a child to "concentrate" won't help. Reduce distractions, start with short activities, and mix in activities that involve moving the body.
