When your child can't draw
Drawing on a blank page right away is hard, so start by tracing a template or connecting dots to make a shape. It's also important to slowly show them the process of drawing. Circles come around age 3 and squares around age 4, so shapes have their own order too. Enjoying the line play they can do now comes first.
