Shapes, Colors & Puzzles
When your child struggles with puzzles
Before flat puzzles, build up experience with hands-on spatial play using real objects (shape sorters, blocks, nesting cups). For puzzles, start with large two-piece ones. A favorite character design helps keep motivation going. Starting with just one piece removed is also a method that leads to success.
