If your child only tracks in one direction

Give extra stimulation—toys or your voice—from the side they find harder. The direction they look can also become one-sided depending on how you hold them, which side you nurse on, or where the bed is placed, so switch the environment left and right too. If a strong left-right difference continues for a long time, ask about it at a checkup or with an eye doctor.
