Grasping, Holding & Releasing
My child can't put things in with both hands
If the container moves around, secure it with a non-slip mat. First stabilize the motion of putting things in with one hand, then teach the role of the other hand holding the container steady. Having both hands do different jobs is an advanced skill, so building it up one hand at a time is fine.
