What if my child can't talk about their experiences?
Talking about something that isn't right in front of them is an advanced skill. Look at photos or videos together and put it into words for them, like "you went on the slide, didn't you." For things that happened at preschool, asking with a hint like "Did you do OO today?" makes it easier to answer.
