When your child doesn't respond to voices

Try talking to them with big expressions while making eye contact. It's normal to have days when responses are faint, but if hearing itself is a concern, such as not noticing sounds from behind, get a hearing check at an ENT clinic. Hearing can also drop temporarily due to things like ear infections.
